Hello! As described above. Rarely Wavelab has been losing plugin settings on some montages (I use the plugins on clips). Plugin still shows but when montage is opened back up but is zero’d out to the default (factory) settings on the plugin.
Happening across multiple plugin manufacturers and strangely if I go back in version history in the backups folder I can find the settings (current to whatever backup it remembers on). But never the same amount of time back, it’s very unclear why it’s happening.
I have triple checked that I don’t have the plugin windows open when closing, etc and definitely saved. Any thoughts on this? Obviously a pretty big problem. Please help!
randomly loses MasteRig completely. I then have to go back and add to Master Section Effects again from scratch
refuses to save settings in other plugins (e.g. speaker calibration profile in SoundID Reference plug-in) - but reverts back to settings from months ago.
When I change settings - I don’t get a save option on the Montage. I only get a save option if I change the Montage eg moving a clip. But this still doesn’t force Wavelab to save plugin settings.
Steinberg MasterRig randomly dissapears as an effect in my Master Section.
It’s random - so probably happens one in 10 times I open the same Montage file. There is no crash - I just open the Montage file and MasterRig has dissapeared.
PG mine is only happening on clips, seems like randomly. At least I cannot track down why it’s doing it. Is there something I can do, some error report I can send so you can look into the issue next time I notice it?
