Wavelab studio 6 compatible with windows 11

hi!

I got an upgrade of wavelab 6 to wave lab 12, only to find out that I cannot activate 12 because my wavelab 6 is a wavelab studio 6. The upgrade info didn’t clarify what kind of wavelab 6 is compatible with the upgrafe to 12. Now I am stuck with wavelab upgrade that is impossible to activate. Any practical and affordable solutions? Steinberg official didn’t answer to me yet. Any suggestions are welcomed

You can ask for a refund via the Online Shop Support (if you bought it there) and then buy the correct upgrade.
