waves 9 bad recall opening 64 bits session in 32 bit (SOLVED

Hi all:

When i save a session in c6.5 64 bits with waves 9 plugins if i try to open the session in 6.5 32 bits every waves 9 plugin is set to default settings.



Also waves 9 plugins in bypass (cubase mixer bypass) go active opening in C6.5 32 bits mode.

Anyone with the same problem?? seems an steinberg issue.
