I have just purchased the Waves Centre plugin.
When I try to load it into WaveLab Elements 8.05 for Mac OS, Yosemite 10.10.5
WaveLab crashes, it won’t let me load the plugin without reporting an error
I use other Waves plugins without any problems
Is it something to do with buffer settings to a compatibility issue?
Does it happen immediately when inserting the plugin in a slot, or only after you start Play? Does it display an error message and if so, what does the error message say? Inserting in Master Section or in montage?
Waves Center has been goofy for me in 8.5 as well, but mostly in a graphical way.
Interesting to note that Waves does not officially support any version of WaveLab for Mac OS X right now:
