Waves Doubler not playing stereo after session restart

Today I noticed strange issue in my Cubase 8.0.20.

When I put Waves Doubler on some track or group, its working fine, but when I re-open project, it plays mono until I click bypass and unclick bypass again.

I reinstalled waves software, but it didn’t helped.

Any ideas guys?
