Waves GTR 3.5 Crashing in 6.5

I just got GTR 3.5 in the V9 release of Waves Gold. The stand-alone version works and sounds great. However, when opened inside of Cubase as a VSTi, it closes Cubase entirely regardless of how I load it: mono, stereo, insert, send, etc. I’m running Cubase 6.5 on a MacBook OS 10.6.8.

Can anyone confirm this issue?

having the same issue only it crashes it when I close the plugin, not when i initiate it.

Same problem. Crashes Cubase 6.5 and 7 when loading Waves GTR, any config, as insert or send. Works fine as stand alone. Waves Gold v9 Mac OS 10.7.5

Solved. Turned OFF Waveshell VST3 in Automap. No crash.

Same problem here. How can I turn of Waveshell VST 3 in automap? Simply deleting the automap waveshell dll or something else?
