Antwort 1:
Hi Drik.
This is ***** with Waves Tech Support.
To further assist, please let me know what is your exact operating system and version (e.g Mac OS 10.12 Sierra).
In any case, you can try reinstalling Waves Central and test if the issue is fixed:
Mac: Go to the Applications folder and remove the Waves Central application once done, Download and install Central.
PC: Go to C:\Program Files\Waves Central - run the Uninstall Waves Central.exe file. Delete the Waves Central folder in C:\Program Files. Download and install Central.
Awaiting your reply.
Best Regards,

Bringt keine Lösung!

Antwort 2:

"Hi Dirk,
Thanks for the report, we’re currently investigating the issue as we’ve received similar reports from other clients.
The issue might be related to the fact that the Windows language is set to German or any other non-English language.
Please try to change it to English and test if you can see the USB with licenses under Waves Central > Licenses > Connected Devices .
Let me know how it went.
Best Regards,"
