Waves plugins do not load

Hi,

I updated my Cubase to Elements 8. But the waves plugins do not load.
I keep getting the following message:

“Waveshell-VST is not compatible with current application.
Waveshell-VST and the Waves plugins can only run in applications that
support VST Shell Plugins (kPlugCategShell)”

Anyone knows what that means and how to solve this?

Cubase does not support Windows 95. And you need 256MB of ram minimum.

I have a mac. The plugins worked fine in Cubase Elements 6.

Contacting Waves’ support would be your best option.

I think he ment: Put a signature in with your specs :laughing: So we won’t have to guess that your running windows 95.
