I’ve carefully checked and reinstalled all of my Waves (9.92) plugins. When I look in the Plugin Manager they all appear in the full list and seem to work properly. However, when I tick the option to “Show plugins that support 64 bit processing”, the Waves plugs are not listed. Has anyone else noticed this? Perhaps someone running Waves plugs could take a look at theirs and post back. Thank you.
It is because the way Waves handles 64Bit float audio processing.
Internally Waves always convert to 32bit float even if feed 64Bit float, then to 64 bit float, does the processing, then back to 32bit float.
