The Utramaximizer plugins are not yet recognized by WaveLab7.11 for windows or the Mac version.
I downloaded WaveLab6 which does recognized them and will use Wavelab6 until WaveLab7 supports them.

Utramaximizer VST-3 from Waves? There is no reason why it shouldn’t be. Did you look in the post-master slot?
