I have been working on a piece with open notation, as can be seen, the boxed notes are meant to be a repeating pattern that continues. I’ve already needed to do a workaround with frames to get the box around the notes. The problem is that it’s also affecting the spacing of the quarter notes below which I would prefer to not affect. Is there any way this can be accomplished? I considered trying to make the 32nd notes a graphic , but I don’t think I can get the image to lineup in a way that it will match the staff.
