Some sound are naturally low in volume but i would like to see them better has they were normalized but just the image in the arrangement. Is there a way to tell cubase to maximize the height of the wave image, independently of the volume?
Yes, but it is of a global nature, not track-specific…
It’s the slider on the top-right side of the Project window (or just below the tracklist divider, if you have that activated)
