We are having trouble running DORICO 5 Pro with the Standard user profile on Windows 10 Pro

We use multi-user computers in our school. Students use the standard user profile. After installing Dorico 5 Pro under the admin profile, everything is fine in the admin profile, Dorico plays sound and works correctly.
After logging into the student profile, nothing works. Dorico has its icon, but after many protests and warnings that it lacks to install a whole bunch of libraries, it finally starts up but doesn’t play any sound.
Steinberg download manager shows that Dorico is not installed and everything needs to be downloaded and installed.
We uninstalled Dorico and installed it under the standard user profile with admin permission. After installing Dorico, it is not installed again or its part, doesn’t play, libraries are missing.
Does anyone have any idea what to do with it?

You most likely have access permission problems to the sound files.
Dorico as such is running for the students right? It’s just no sound coming out?

Please go to C:/ProgramData/Steinberg/Content and for each subfolder and file underneath check that a standard user has at least read access.

We added Standard User rights to the ProgramData\Steinberg folder and Dorico seems to be working properly and playing audio. The Steinberg Download Assistent now shows that the program and libraries are installed. Thanks for the advice.
