WE9 Temporary files location

I was in the process of editing using WE9 wen it crashed on me.

Where does WE9 store temporary record files? How do I get my unsaved recordings back?

Look in preferences - folders.

Thanks PG but it’s useless - they’ve gone. What a load of rubbish! Don’t think I’ll be upgrading to the full program in a hurry!

The other day I wanted to edit a large file only to be told it was too long! I ended up splitting it with a consumer program! What a joke!

If you mean the 2 GB filesize limit in Wavelab 9 Elements that usually now comes up with long MP3 decodes (since the decodes are now 32 bit float vs the old 16 bit), the limit will be removed in the next version.
