Do anyone know how to fix this weird issue, where rehearsal marks clash with the system above when using chord diagrams?

Have you forced the number of systems per page, either via the Casting Off options in Layout Options, or via using Make Into Frame or similar?
It’s not the most elegant solution, but if you really want these systems on this page, you could try offsetting those chord symbols to say beat 2, to remove the collision with the rehearsal mark, then nudge them back into position in Engrave mode.
Because this affects their rhythmic position, it might cause issues in other layouts if this isn’t the only part for this flow – but if this is a standalone lead sheet, it might work “fine enough”.

Yes i have the casting off set to 4 bars pr system.
Good idea for a work around, thanks! I will try it and hope it doesn’t affect the full score (11 parts) too much.
