Weird behavior with Percussion Maps

Hi everyone,
I’m working on a custom PM for the VSL Studio Timbale, working off of a copy from the original Synchron Timbale PM.
As I did edits and so forth, I ran into a note I could not delete. When I click on it, it comes up empty in its fields.
Here’s a screenshot of the PM

Any ideas as to why this happens?

Is the percussion map currently in use in the project? If so, is that note currently being used?

I “believe” I remember something about if it is currently in use, it be setup to prevent you from deleting it.

I could wrong. It’s happened before.
