I am using Cubase 5 on Windows 7… with Roland Quad-Capture interface. The problem is, that often Quad-Capture is not selected in Device Setup/VST audio system. So I have to go to select it manually again. Sometimes it even gives me error message, saying “Cannot found a device”, so I need to restart the whole Cubase. Other problem (more common) is that I have only one channel (left or right) activated. So I need to go to VST Connections/Output and to manually fix the Device Port settings. That’s very strange, because when I saved the project, both channels were selected, and I always keep it like that, but for some reason Cubase/Roland are not communicating properly, no idea what’s the problem…
and yes, I have the latest QC-driver installed, also uninstalled & installed again…
