weird issue : tempo and chords are not correspond with midi out

I just open the project and the song its pitched down and tempo changed itself.
I have this problem,with tempo and chords are not correspond with midi out (synthseizer).
With tempo issue is -Exemple i set tempo 85 in cubase the same tempo in synthseizer and are not correspond each other?

Does anyone else have this problem
