Weird problem Nuendo 7 32 bit

Hi there,
]I have a weird problem loading an old project in Nuendo 7 32 bit windows 10. It gets stuck on “video file handling” when loading then poof the whole program just disappears. Any i deas ? Windows 10 64 bit, it worked fine a few days ago. 64 bit version works fine. and reinstalling the 32 bit version didnt make a difference.

Hi,

I would try to reinstall Nuendo as administrator. I would try to delete all Nuendo 32 bit preferences folders to make sure you get the factory settings.

Sorry I’m not sure anymore… Was Nuendo 7 using QuickTime or was it already using own video engine?

Nuendo Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Nuendo X
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Nuendo X_64
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Nuendo X_32
