What are the steps in transfering Cubase 12 to another computer? I have no VST sounds, just voices

Dear Community,

I upgraded from Cubase 11 to 12 and all works fine on my main computer.
Next, I downloaded Cubase 12 onto my laptop but only the vocal tracks in projects sound, no instruments, no drums, in fact nothing else. Just vocals.
Could anyone suggest what I’ve done wrong - or what is the fix?

Download and install ask the instruments and libraries (all content) from the Steinberg Download Assistant > Cubase 12, please.
