What Behaviour makes a track in folder to not mute in sync?

What Behaviour makes a track on folder trak to not mute in sync with the folder track mute /unmute?

Typically i create tracks on subfolders and when muting the folder all the tracks inside it will mute and vice versa,
but in a project i am working at the moment in some of the tracks this behaviour is not happening.
So for solving this, curiosity and future workflow enhancements what might i have done for this to happen?

Make sure you don’t have any automation going on.

Thanks! that i have verified already. What is happening to me is, when muting the flder mutes all channels, when unmuting the folder the instrument channels stay muted. :confused:
