What do I need to do in WL 9.5 to manipulate EQ as shown in this video?

I’ve researched this in the Help files and elsewhere online, but am not finding anything that clearly shows how to perform this basic EQ function.

Running Win 10, WL 9.5

For the peak and notch filters, increasing the Q value reduces the width of the EQ band as shown in the video. Using the MasterRig or StudioEQ, this can also be adjusted by putting your mouse cursor over the dots in the editor window and moving your mouse wheel up or down.
