I had Cubase AI 6 and I bought the code for Elements upgrade. I put the code into elicenser like I was instructed to do, and then got a message that I was to get some sort of Cubase 7 trial or something. Next thing Cubase wont open and elicenser is blank and wont work. What do I do about this? I need to use the program.
I got a 30-day trial of Cubase when buying Cubase Artist, you probably got that as well when upgrading to Elements.
Try updating your eLCC software to the latest version and check if it shows licenses on your dongle.
