I see, do you mean the bottom buttons?
This has been moved to the Project menu > Project Color Setup.
To get more colors in the box (like your screenshot) as Martin says, go to Project menu > Project Colors Setup.
Then click the Presets tab and set the number of basic colors to 24 or 32. I think this is what you are looking for.
