What is Recall cycle marker function?

What is exactly recall cycle marker do?
i just wanna get some empty slot for shortcuts.

When you have cycle markers, these 10 commands are used to recall them, i.e. setting the left/right locators to these. The 10th (X) is there for inputting numbers above 9.

basically they both doing a same function" Cycle marker shortcut or recall cycle marker shortcut".

Any big difference which i am missing?

Sorry, I don’t understand probably. Which other Cycle marker shortcut are you referring to?

Ah sure. Well, “Recall” is putting the left/right locators to the cycle marker we want, without affecting the current cursor position. While “To” sets the cursor to the start of the cycle, without affecting left/right locators.
