as you can see combine selection tool is off. it brakes my workflow. as i understand this is a bug. because it happens not every time. but way too often
Hi, @Evgeny_Brodsky
I guess that itâs the Event Volume control that isnât graphically rendered correctly for a reason. As you are on Mac, I canât help much more, Iâm afraid⌠![]()
Is it a âMac onlyâ feature ? I ask this because here, double clicking on the control doesnât allow any value typing⌠![]()
(Cubase Pro 15.0.20 / Windows 10 22H2)
i dont have volume control. i turned it off
I think I saw it mentioned elsewhere. Seems to be a bug.
BUT WHAT TO DO? it is really annoying
Hi,
Pressing Enter or clicking out of the text-field should hide it.
are you kidding? i work fast every time i want to move anything or make fade in this happens. i can not work like this
itâs not a support. i paid for the program. oaying for updates 100 euros a year. and every year you make something better and several things worse. sometghing that ruins workflow. again this time.
I had a look. The hidden and unwanted text field âappearsâ when the event gain is anything but 0.0dB.
So far I donât see how I as a user can do anything about it. I could try to avoid using event gain by using the eventâs volume envelope instead but this is not helpful for a fast workflow.
so you made an update 15.0.21. and didnt improve itâ![]()

Hi,
This is not a known and genetic issue. Moreover 15.0.21 was just a hotfix to fix a few most critical bugs, which was all users experienced.
Have you already tried to trash all your Cubase versions preferences folders to get the factory settings?
finally!!!![]()
