When I automate all tracks like I often do, now the W turns orange and when I try to stop the automation it turns red and needs an extra click to be stopped. I don’t get it, what is the benefit here? Is there a way to get back the old behavior?
And there is another annoying behavior coming with it:
When I want to automate lets say send fx on/off for a group track. I press play and the WRITE button for all tracks and then the Send FX on/off button. Cubase instantly jumps off the track so i can’t press the on/off button again to turn the send off. And I can’t go back to the track while automation is still going. It won’t let me.
This only happens when the automation lane hasn’t been established yet. It is super weird and irritating and also annoying because I do much automation and often more than one at a time while playing. Now this workflow gets interrupted all the time.
EDIT: I tried to recreate this, but this time it worked. But it happend to me several times now. I don’t now what causes this.
