What is the small icon appearing in the lower right corner of all dialogs

Brand new user here,
Just installed a crossgrade 12 pro and I’m getting a what looks like a refresh icon, sometimes a pause icon, at the bottom right of every dialog and tooltip, even the new project dialog.

I’m sure that’s an Nvidia icon for sharing or streaming? It’s external to Cubase, for sure.

Agree. That’s not a Cubase thing. What happens if you click it.

Nothing happens when clicking, sometimes hovering changes it to a pause icon. Should I reinstall, this is the only Steinberg app I have on my machine.?
