What key do other use for dropping a marker in a Mac?

I use “Insert” on the PC but I cannot seem to find a similar key on the Mac.

Thanks in advance!!!

I now do it with leaving the marker window on the ribbon and just clicking on the marker I want but “Insert” is so much faster when editing. Again thanks!!!

Also, in Preferences>Shortcuts you can assign different key command for all the different marker types such as CD Track Splce, Generic Marker, CD Track Start, CD Track End etc.
