Is there any way to edit what is on this list or at least take off like a couple hundred that we will never need so that we can find what we are looking for?
These are hard-coded ID3 genres.

To find the one you want more easily, with the genre list open, press and hold the first letter of the genre’s name repeatedly until you find it.
They have “Booty Bass” “Primus” and “Porn Groove”, but they don’t have “World Music”…
I forgot to mention, but external tag editors and mastering apps such as Wavelab support ID3 v2, which allows you to enter any genre you want manually instead of having to pick from a hard-coded list.
