Just a recent observation:
If SL is getting really slow, freezes sometimes, or behaves buggy: Just reinstall it. This can solve many problems.
I am on Win11. I have no idea, if this is a SL problem or a Windows problem, but it works.
With all operations or specific tasks?
I can’t say, that it works for all operations, since I really don’t use all of them all the time. But the general behaviour of SL got much better after I reinstalled it.
Reinstalling doesn’t help with artifacts, but it helps a lot with the stability and speed of the program. Before the reinstallation, SL was very slow and sometimes froze or crashed. After the reinstallation, the same project worked flawlessly. Same version of SL.
