What to do with crash dumps

I’ve gotten the error dialog “a bad thing has happened; save your work; etc.” in Cubase 10.5 three times over the last couple of days. I have logs in the “Steinberg/CrashDumps” directory. I think I’ve seen people get answers about that pointing to specific plugins or something here, but not 100% sure.

Anyways, my question is: who do I send those to?"

Hi,

Share the *.DMP files via Dropbox or similar service and send the link here, please.

Here are some Google Drive links. All from the same project; a lot of Kontakt and EastWest Play instances but only a couple of effects plugins.

Hi,

I have resolved the DMP files, but all of them are quite generic.

Do you know the steps you did before Cubase crashed, please?

CAN-31214

Cubase 11 Pro
Found a new glitch when importing 2:30 video for two and a half hours.
Import reaches 50% and the Radeon video driver is disabled and everything starts blinking.
With a short video, everything is OK!

Hi,

When exactly does the crash happen then, please?
