What to install in Download Assistant?

I have installed Cubase Elements 14 using a licens key.
And I have installed all software listed under “My product downloads”. Is it only software in the “My product downloads” group that is covered by my licens?
What about all other softwares. Is it for example VST plugins that are free?

I am asking this because I am a beginner in using Cubase and in making music. I trying to understand what softwares in the downlad assistans that I shall install as an beginner.

No…but you can find a few free ones here…note you don’t need Halion Sonic from there as that’s included.
