I have Finale 2014.5. Is this eligible for a cross-grade to Dorico?

Yes, it is. If you’re thinking of doing the crossgrade, I would suggest you wait a couple of days. There will be a promotion on the Steinberg online shop starting on Tuesday. More details will be available then.
