What's the best CPU for cubase Midi work?

I’m not sure if higher clock is better or more cores is better.
For example, i9-9900k or something from X-treme series like 9920X…
I want to run those so-called CPU heavy synths like diva with no issue

Yes i9-9900k should be more than enough for it.

I am thinking of going higher than the i9. Do you think considering 12 would be a good idea?
