Can someone help to recommend best settings for the Steinberg UR22?

Unfortunately there is no such thing as a “best setting”, it will all depend on what you are trying to achieve.
If you mean the input gain setting, I would suggest aiming for -12 dB in your daw (both for mic, line and Hi-Z), and if your mic is a condenser 48V on.
