Hi @Ulf I got another hang - this wasn’t hard, just the first time I tried having two projects open since we last chatted, I first disabled playback on the first, then created a new project, then turning on playback in the second hangs. I have to kill it eventually
If I open a second project over an alreaddy open project, Dan, I do not need to deactivate the original project first. By When one chooses to Activate the new project, Dorico will automatically deactivate the sound on the exiting one.
Yeah zero length, and VST engine was still running. I had to kill these so presumably that’s why they’re zero length.
FWIW one thing I do is sleep my computer, and I have a RED interface which I turn off before doing that. Then wake the computer, turn the interface on and continue work. So perhaps Dorico gets unhappy about that sleep and interface cycling.

that could very well be. Would you please do that cycle again and then by help of Process Explorer create manually two mini dumps in a row? Thank you very much
