What’s wrong with the Arranger Track? 
I mean in Studio One whenever I move the Arranger Track the Clips/Regions under it moves with it, but why not in Cubase? Is their a option I’m forgetting to check or something? Someone please help!
I would ask the inverse! 
It’s not that there’s something wrong with Cubase, aside from it not being another sequencer.
Personally I would never want it to work like that, since there are so many other ways to accomplish that. Of course, I learned Cubase’s arranger track first, and you learned Studio One’s first.
