When click on a midi region, it opens the midi editor in the lower half, can I have cubase 9.5 to open the real seperate midi editor?

Go to: File > Preferences > Editors>
Then use the drop down menu to change from “Double click opens editor in the lower zone” to “Double click opens editor in a window.”
