Is there a way when creating a new project with no playback devices enabled to have the mixer effects and sends all get disabled?
Can you set default playback template as Silence in Preferences?
That’s what I am doing, but it is still enabling reverb and its associated sends.
No, ‘Silence’ just prevents Dorico from loading any instruments; it doesn’t affect the effect routing.
