hey yall, sorry if this one should be obvious, but when i load a halion instrument, usually when i press the edit instrument button, the one with the keys, i get a beautiful window with like the instrument and all the things you can edit and stuff but now, whenever i click on the button, i just get a small window with a list of things such as solo pan volume and gain. does anyone know how i can get it back to opening the window that has like the keyboard and like edit and all that stuff? when i use retrologue or any other vst, it opens up fine, just halion. thanks so much for your time help and attention

i get this window instead of the one with like the keyboard, knobs, and editing and mixer and like on the left side you can load different instruments and stuff like that, and would like to get back to that

You have accidentally switched to Cubase’s Generic Editor. This editor can be useful for quickly setting up Automation tracks in plug-ins that don’t normally support showing them by just Right Clicking the controls.
To switch back, open this window again, and Right Click anywhere at the top portion. A context menu will appear. Now click “Switch to Plug-in Editor”.
