Indeed, probably more than 80 
Some features count for 3 months of work, and some others for 3 hours of work. Hence this scaling is not very linear

Have you noticed the same thing that I have - the more technical-sounding the problem, the simpler the solution…and vice versa?
Or is it just the people I work with at my other job?
