In Dorico when the muted technique is activated it triggers the muted technique but also triggers the natural.
I have no clue what it is because none of them are base switches. They are both mapped to the right key. The playing techniques do not overlap if I just select the muted part and play that, the playback techniques are in the same group and everything but still they overlap for some reason.
Any help would be wonderful because I have been at this for hours, thanks in advance!

To ensure that the switches in the expression map associated with the Muted and Natural playback techniques are never triggered at the same time, both switches should be base switches that are part of the same mutual exclusion group.
I made sure they are in the same mutual exclusion group, they are all based switches and they are mapped to the right keys switch. The issue doesn’t happen with the pizz but I noticed the problem also happens with the spiccato. If I select just the part where the muted technique is, it play correctly, but if there is any thing before it that dosnt have the playing technique even if I delete the natural playing technique it will play the natural playing technique and the muted together. I’ve checked everything i could think of and it still wont work. If you have any idea why this still isnt working that would be awesome.
Sorry, but at this point I’m out of ideas.
Yeah, it’s being really weird. If I ever figure it out I’ll make sure to share it here just incase someone else unfortunately runs into the same issue.
