When using Divide Track List, show visual focus

I’m amazed in Cubase 8.5.0 we still don’t have this addressed…

When the project window is split into two track lists with Divide Track List, can we please visually SEE where the focus is? As in, maybe a highlighted bounding box around the top or bottom half respectively. Most of the time I have no idea which half of the project window has focus.

ie: if a marker is selected in the top track list, and a MIDI region is selected in the bottom track list, and then I press the ‘delete’ key on the keyboard for example, I don’t know which is going to get deleted. The only way is if I remember which track list I edited/clicked in last.

This leads to much anxiety and superfluous clicking in both lists to de-select any selected objects CONSTANTLY to ensure I don’t accidentally alter something unintentionally.

Big + 1, I don’t use this option anymore exactly for that reason…
