for all those of you who still use Cubase 10.5 pro: when using vst plugins it is best to choose for the vst2 version of the plugin (when available).
some vst3 plugins show the unfortunate tendency to crash your DAW
after using Cubase 10.5 pro for the years it exists, I can write you books about it… so to speak!

Most probably the crashes are on the plug-ins side.
