Where are Channel Overview, Meter Bridge, Equalizer Curves, etc., in MixConsole Window?

The Nuendo 12 manual shows the MixConsole window with several panes I can’t find or enable:

  • Channel Overview
  • Meter Bridge
  • Equalizer Curves
  • Pictures
  • Notepad
  • Channel Latency

Where are these optional panes and why don’t I see them? No doubt, I disabled something somewhere but I’ll be damned if I can figure out where.

Any assistance is appreciated.
