In my mix console 1 there are no db markings next to the fader. Conversely they do show up in mix console 2 and 3 views. Is this a bug? Also, how do I get the meter to constantly hold/show the peak level? It seems the hold peak indicator only appears from time to time. Help
Try the Widen Strip button at the top of the mixer (<>). When you make the strip real narrow it has to hide the scale.
Right click a channel meter and select Global Meter Settings Menu. The option I think you’re looking for is called Meter Peak - Hold Forever.
