Where are these presets?!

This box is showing up since Nuendo 8.2 What are they ? how to get rid of it? Now when trying to reinstall everything the GM presets is missing also

I got this message every since updated to N 8.2 I run the Halion SE 3 That comes free with Nuendo something went wrong when I updated…
