Where are Workspaces stored?

I had an odd thing happen that seems to have removed all my Workspaces.

I have Cubase pinned to the Taskbar and usually open a Project by right clicking on the Cubase icon and then single clicking on a Project in the list. Yesterday I accidentally double clicked instead. This caused Cubase to open the same Project twice. I had 2 Project windows open, both with the same Project and both active. I immediately closed Cubase and relaunched it normally. Everything appears to be normal except all my Workspaces are gone.

Anybody know what file stores the Workspace configs so I can restore it from backups? Looking around in AppData>Roaming nothing obvious jumps out.

Big thanks. All is well again. Seriously did not want to recreate all the Workspaces - even if I could remember all the little tweaks.
