Where can I DL 9.5.10 Win

I need Cubase Pro 9.5.10 for Windows. The 9.5.20 update has introduced a bad stereo panner lag and I wish to downgrade.

Where can I download that version please?

Just uninstall the update.

I skipped 9.5.10 so I do not have a Windows version of it

You’ll need to contact support via your MySteinberg account to get 9.5.10 but as Grim says above you should be able to just uninstall the update using the Windows Program Uninstall feature. This should take you back to 9.5.0 which presumably does not have the issues you wish to avoid?
